# Suno-API

> Suno-API is an independent third-party service that provides access to the
> official Suno V6 generation model through a Chinese web workbench and an HTTP
> API for developers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Suno.

## Key facts

- Pricing: standard generation is CNY 0.6 per request and returns 2 songs.
  During the Double 11 promotion ending 2026-11-12 00:00 UTC+8, generation is
  CNY 0.4 per request and eligible services are discounted to 6.7× the regular
  price. There is no subscription, monthly fee or minimum contract. Always check

- Free capabilities include song status and history, MP3/WAV downloads,
  lyrics and timestamped lyrics, cover art, packaged downloads, WAV conversion,
  lyrics adjustment, source upload, and multilingual lyric rewriting. Lyrics
  generation and style boost are free within the published quota (10 requests
  per minute and 300 per day), then CNY 0.1 per request.
- Models: `suno-v6` (default), `suno-v6-wild`, `suno-v6-mini`. `suno-v5-5` and
  every earlier generation model are retired and cannot be used for new requests;
  historical tasks still show their old model names.
- Account: register with an email address. No phone number is required.
- API: HTTP/JSON. Authenticate with `Authorization: Bearer <API key>`, obtained
  from the console after registering. Suno-specific endpoints live under
  `/api/music/`, `/api/lyrics/` and `/api/prompts/`; an OpenAI-compatible surface
  is served at `/v1` on the same host.
- Billing: failed generations are refunded automatically, and the refund shows up
  as a `退回额度` row in the billing ledger.
- Interface and documentation languages: Chinese by default, English available,
  plus 23 translated documentation locales.
- Access: users do not need their own Suno account. Authentication, generation
  access and platform availability are managed centrally by Suno-API.
