Everything below runs on the Suno V6 engine, the current default. V5.5 and every earlier generation model have been retired, but songs you already made stay playable and can still be used as the basis for covers and remixes.
Instrumentals and loops
Turn instrumental mode on for vocal-free output: video beds, store ambience, podcast stings and game loops, with the length set in the prompt.
Lyrics and timeline lyrics
Start from a theme and let the generator write the words, or fetch word-level timestamps for karaoke-style synced display.
Voice clone
Upload a short clean vocal sample and the engine learns the timbre, then sings your lyrics in that voice. Training is free within the quota.
Cover, extend and remix

Which models are available?
suno-v6 (default), suno-v6-wild and suno-v6-mini. Models from suno-v2 to suno-v5-5 are retired and cannot be used for new requests.
Can I generate instrumental music without vocals?
Yes. Set instrumental to true and the output has no vocals — useful for video beds, podcasts and store ambience.
Are downloads metered or limited?
No. MP3 and WAV downloads are unlimited and do not consume balance, and you can re-download an older song at any time. There is no monthly download cap.
